Abstract
Quantum matter out of equilibrium emerge as an important platform to induce correlations and transient orders. Modern techniques of coherent and fast light sources developed recently enable this evolution. Broad basic questions about orders that  emerge dynamically have been addressed in the context of driven cold atoms, spins, magnetism and superconductivity.  I will discuss new orders that emerge in quantum matter  where  quantum  coherence and entanglement matter and discuss the concept of rectified quantum orders.  I will illustrate with old and new examples of  dynamically induced quantum states.
