The conference will take place from July 6th to 11th, 2025, at the San Giobbe Economics Campus, hosted by Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. This state-of-the-art congress venue spans over 23,000 square meters and is located in the historic heart of Venice (details below). It provides easy access to the city's attractions, transportation, and various accommodations. During breaks, attendees can relax in the 2,000-square-meter garden.

Situated in the Cannaregio district, the venue is within walking distance of Piazzale Roma, the main terminal for buses, trams, and taxis, as well as the Venezia "Santa Lucia" railway station, which links Venice to the mainland, including the Mestre area.

The San Giobbe Economics Campus is well-connected to the city center and surrounding islands via waterbus (Vaporetto), with nearby ACTV waterbus stops at "Crea" and "Tre Archi." Additionally, Alilaguna boats, offering direct routes from "Marco Polo" International Airport, have stops in the area.
